A truly recommendable restaurant from a culinary point of view The zucchini flower mousse was excellent — definitely worthy of a Michelin star. The saddle of lamb rack was very good, perfectly cooked and not overdone. The prawns were outstanding as a starter — a dish you can order without hesitation. A special mention goes to the manager, who had an excellent sense of the customer’s needs. The service was attentive, helpful and professional, without ever making us feel ignored. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was disappointing. I understand the modern approach, with an ice cream-style interpretation, but for me tiramisu should remain tiramisu. I expected something more traditional. Overall, the restaurant is genuinely worth recommending, especially for the quality of the food and the excellent service.
Some great fusion food options in a very special decorated room. I enjoyed especially the crispy shrimp and the ceviche starters. Very well located close to the palace of Versailles.
