Come for the plate in full confidence. Expect the roof top, the perfect architecture, the posh surroundings. And yet, you ll be surprise, and even dumbfounded ! The Chef, Frederic, his perfect techniques, allied with the best sourcing you can imagine, make this place a shell shock. No fashion posh place can deliver anything equal. Even the most traditionnal and classical french place should worry !
