Easily the best meal we had in France. My husband found this place on Google Maps. Multiple people praised us on being able to find Pas Sages by ourselves. A fantastic lunch! Everything was amazing! The suggested wine pairings were also fabulous. If we're ever in Versailles again, this will be a must stop! (even over the palace!!)

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star. There are many amazing restaurants in Versailles, this one is one of those nuggets. Placed in a beautiful small court in the heart of the city, the dining room open to the court is very well decorated, and the staff was so nice and welcoming. And then came the food..... It was fantastic, a fireworks for the palate. I tried the Vole au vent with riz de veau and morels, it was the west I ever had. And then.... The hay smoked veal , wow, I was curious about it, and I must say we were not disappointed, it was so rafinate. Tldr we had a fantastic dîner and I strongly recommend this place.
My mom and I had the pleasure of enjoying the new spring menu at Pas Sages and we enjoyed it so much! Everything was so seasonal and fresh. I enjoyed the upscale nature of the food and service but done in a very approachable and slightly homey way. Everything from the wine to the desserts was fantastic (and I am a little hard to please lol). One of my favorite meals during our trip, which was recommended to us by a local with whom I had a business meeting with earlier that day.
An incredible dining experience; this restaurant truly impressed us. The food was outstanding, with regional and seasonal ingredients combined in such a creative and refined way. Every dish felt like a piece of art, and the desserts were simply a dream. The ending was slightly less smooth, as we didn’t receive a proper goodbye and didn’t get our coats back, likely because the staff was busy closing for the day. A small detail, but noticeable—especially at this price level. Overall, the cuisine is exceptional and absolutely worth trying!
