Apicius
Paris
Recenzje
Incredible restaurant in the hearth of Paris. Gourmet french cousine with unique taste and flavour. We seated inside but there is an amazing outdoor where is possible eat at in a unique atmosphere
Old Michelin institution in Paris, sinc 1984, now handled by Chef Mathieu Pacaud, Apicius is hidden in a cosy garden and beautiful house, and still has its one star Michelin kick. Milk fed veal magic, with Savagnin wine sauce, fresh scallops with radicius, bergamote and lime, everything is thought through and gives proper taste to each plate, to sublime the product. And not the least, but the service is absolutely impeccable, friendly and useful.
An absolutely amazing experience. The food is delicious, meticulously made and very well balanced. The service was great. Quick, professional and knowledgeable. Their wine list is super extensive and so is their liquor list. Very recommended.
Beautiful decor, but the experience didn’t match the price. Limited menu, average service, and dogs are allowed—something we weren’t warned about, which was tough as I’m allergic. Our special occasion was dampened despite staff moving us to another table. Clearer communication would make this a much better experience.
