5/5 (lunch, July 7th) An exceptional dining experience in one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Paris. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was breathtaking. The elegant dining room, with its refined blue and purple floral arrangements, felt grand yet intimate—a perfect setting for a memorable meal. We decided to try every appetizer on the menu, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the lunch - Every single starter was outstanding. Even the complimentary amuse-bouches immediately awakened our palate. The crab appetizer was incredibly fresh, light and delicate, allowing the natural sweetness and texture of the crab to shine. The mackerel with caviar was beautifully balanced, while the lobster dish showcased the remarkable quality of the seafood with flawless execution. One of the surprises was the “risotto.” Instead of rice, it was a creative interpretation built around generous amounts of black truffle. Rich, intensely savory and wonderfully aromatic, it was one of the most memorable dishes of the meal. For the main courses, we chose the red mullet and the lamb. Both were beautifully cooked, and the sauces were everything you would hope for in classic French haute cuisine—deep, elegant and perfectly matched to the ingredients without overwhelming them. Service throughout the lunch was polished, attentive and effortlessly professional. Every detail reflected the standards expected from one of Paris’ most iconic restaurants. Epicure celebrates the timeless beauty of French gastronomy. Rather than trying to surprise with unusual combinations, it perfects the classics with extraordinary ingredients, impeccable technique and remarkable consistency. It is a restaurant we would gladly return to.
An overall 5 star experience with the price tag to match. We throughly enjoyed ourselves here. It was indeed an amazing experience. Long sleeved shirt is a must here. But from the moment you enter, service was attentive and friendly. The food was not only delicious but very pretty. We would say the fish dishes, especially the cook on the fish was the best we had by far. It was tender and infused with flavours. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and his wine recommendations were superb. Do allocate sufficient time and the dining experience can be lengthy.
This is the most unforgettable French cuisine dining experience. This is the best of the best that I have tried around the world for fine dining experience. From the seating environment to service and all the details of the dishes that we reserve during our prefixed tasting menu are truly well explained how this restaurant can be michilin 3 stars since 2009. Even the menu is seasonal to reflect the France flag colors! All dishes are well prepared abs designed to serve. I still cannot imagine how many years a chef needs to be trained to to provide a quality cuisine like this. You are looking for a classic yet and Creative french fi dining experience this is definitely the place to go!
Dining at Epicure Le Bristol Paris was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and what surprised us most was how welcoming and accommodating it was for families—something you don’t always expect from a three-Michelin-star restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making us feel comfortable rather than intimidated. They were especially attentive to our children, ensuring they felt included and at ease throughout the entire experience. Nothing ever felt rushed, and every request was handled seamlessly. The presentation of each dish was simply stunning—every plate felt like a piece of art. The attention to detail, color, and composition elevated the entire dining experience and made each course feel special and memorable. Of course, the food itself more than lived up to the reputation. Every dish was beautifully balanced, with rich flavors and impeccable execution. From start to finish, it was clear that only the highest-quality ingredients were used, and each bite reflected the kitchen’s mastery. Overall, Epicure delivers not just world-class cuisine, but a genuinely welcoming and refined experience that even families can fully enjoy. It’s rare to find a restaurant at this level that combines elegance, warmth, and approachability so effortlessly.
10 stars! Wonderful experience at this amazing restaurant. Everyone is well trained and on point with their job. It is like watching a ballet seeing the team move around. Our main server Oisin was MVP for the night. He made sure everything was flawless. Besides the unbelievable food and execution which goes without saying the small attention to detail really made the experience over the top. 1. Custom take away menu printing of the food you had with all the courses dates etc. We had a minor change in our course and the young lady reprinted the beautiful takeaway menus for us 2. The food was delivered to each patron at the table at exactly the same time. I know this is standard for Michelin star restaurants but I mean exact time. 3. At one instance the plate Was not facing exactly the correct orientation the server rotated right away. They have flawless systems and execution. We will be coming on our next trip.
