Reviews
First time trying aqua cycling. The swimming pool was very nice and it's a great activity in summer! The coach could have been more enthousiastic, with a more positive attitude. It can be a little confusing to understand the different positions and movements at first, but it gets easier during the class. Cycling is mixed with weight lifting and 45 minutes fly by quickly. The music was in the background, not addding much to the overall atmosphere. The biggest drawback are the changing rooms, the space is limited, it's very hot and stuffy, the showers are open, so you have zero privacy to change. And only 1 bathroom. I'd go again, but at a different studio and with a different coach.
