The location was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, the room was a complete sauna because there was no air conditioning. It was so hot that it was difficult to stay for more than one night, and I kept waking up throughout the night. When it was time to check out, the staff kindly called a taxi for me to the airport. However, I ended up paying €65 for a ride that normally costs €56. The driver explained that the extra charge was because the hotel called the taxi. If you're heading to the airport, you're much better off ordering an Uber or Bolt yourself—you'll likely save over €10. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were all polite whilst giving us space to come and go as we please with their 24/7 access service. We had a slightly dodgy shower head that didn’t quite stay up and one plug socket didn’t work. The location can’t get better, it’s out of the way of the super touristy area of Paris so you get a great feel for the people and places, fantastic food places almost everywhere you look and a stones throw from the Metro. We’ll be defo be back next time we come to Paris.

Lovely large room. Pity there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. On the plus side, there was a fridge. Good wardrobe space but drawers would have been an asset. Very clean and well cared for. Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful Fab view of Sacre Coeur

I recently returned for my second stay at this hotel, and I’m delighted to say it was even better than the first. Thanks to Frendo, who looked after me brilliantly from the moment I arrived. He really went the extra mile by offering me a room upgrade and an early check-in, which I appreciated enormously after a long day of travel. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality where you feel truly valued as a returning guest. I’m very grateful for the thoughtful service and the lovely room. I will certainly be back for a third visit!

I cannot fault this hotel! Stayed here for 2 nights on a girls weekend trip to Paris and it was exactly what we needed! Incredible value for money. Perfect central location, super easy to walk everywhere or use the metro. Our room was cute, clean and had everything we needed. Staff were so kind and helpful even when coming in late at night. As two young adult women we felt safe at all times. Special thank you to Oliver for being so accommodating and helping us with checking out smoothly :) Please visit this hotel when you come to Paris!
