Excellent food - had the onion soup, escargot, and frog legs. Some of the best I have had. Service was very friendly and accommodating, can’t wait to come back!
An incredible little place with delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I would happily come back again! I'm not sure whether the most cheerful person we met in Paris was the waiter, the owner, the manager, or the chef—but it honestly doesn't matter. He made us laugh from the heart and enjoy every single minute we spent in the restaurant. He even saw us off in the kindest and most heartfelt way possible. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as it's rare to find a free table.
This restaurant was recommended by the hotel’s receptionist. We were greeted with a very nice welcome, food was amazing an and the best part was their service. We had an amazing lady called Lisa who was serving us. She was genuine, welcoming, efficient, made sure that we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others and definitely we will be back soon.
This was my first time trying frog legs and foie gras, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. Both dishes were beautifully prepared and gave me a great introduction to classic French cuisine. We also had the French onion soup, which was rich, flavorful, and comforting. The beer was excellent, perfectly complementing the meal. However, the real star for me was the freshly baked hot baguette. Served warm straight from the oven, it was absolutely irresistible and ended up being my favorite part of the entire dining experience. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and a fantastic way to discover traditional French flavors. Highly recommended!
Great French eatery just off Lafayette. Great service, authentic French menu, reasonable prices and large portions makes this an easy recommendation. A really good choice even along a road full of cafes and restaurants. We tried a number of food choices including the steak tartar, chicken burgers and steak frites and all were fantastic. My tartare was spectacular. Not had one as good as this for a number of years and it was under €20! Incredible value. Not to be confused with the numerous tourist traps up and down this road. Try this and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended:
