Important Information

This is a one-way transfer, the return is not included in this service. When you complete the reservation please fill in the fields with the mandatory information, such as: Pick up address, Drop off address, Flight Number . Without these information it will be impossible for us to operate the transfer. For transfers to Cdg and Orly Airports : the pickup will be 4 hours before the flight for an incontinental flights and 3 hours before the flight for an European flight. For Transfers from Airports : the driver will be waiting for you at the exit after the baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. If the driver is not there after 10 minutes of waiting please do not move from where you are and contact the customer service number on your voucher. The driver will wait for you at the Airport for one hour, starting from the moment when the plane lands. If for several issues you are unable to leave within one hour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
