Join a morning running tour designed for early birds and see the main landmarks of Paris, without the hustle and bustle of the daytime. Get a great workout and discover the highlights of the city like the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées as the sun rises. Lace up your trainers and meet your local guide at Saint-Michel Square in the very heart of Paris. From there, your running guide will lead you on a tour at your own pace past some of the most popular landmarks of the city. Admire iconic places such as the Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Concorde Square, Champs-Elysées, Hôtel des Invalides, and the Eiffel Tower. Discover all these famous landmarks at a quieter time of day, away from the large crowds. Learn a bit more about the city with your expert local guide. Enjoy some fantastic photo opportunities without the large crowds of tourists obstructing the views. Enjoy some stops along the way for some light refreshments provided by your guide. Your tour host will carry your belongings (small items only) inside their backpack and will have water and snacks ready for you whenever you feel like it.

  • You don’t need to be a fast runner to take part in the running tour. However, it does require some level of conditioning. Be sure to be able to run at least 5 kilometers (3 miles) non-stop before signing up Minors are allowed provided that they’re used to some running and their parents are coming along — especially if they're 15 years old or younger.
