This is one of these restaurants that cover cuisine from half the world, but in an very tasty way. We had delicious fish on steamed veggies and chicken tagine. I was worried when I saw the menu, however I was nicely surprised. The food was absolutely delicious.
If you’re looking for a true hidden gem in Paris, this is it 🇫🇷✨ For just €18.90, you get a fresh salad and a perfectly cooked steak. The quality, portion, and taste were all incredible for the price. Easily one of the best value meals I’ve had in Paris— I would come back again without hesitation :)
We were in the area and decided to dine at Chouchou. The food was great and surpassed our expectations! We had the onion soup, escargot, steak, and duck confit. All the dishes were delicious. The staff is really kind and service was amazing. We will be back again! Highly recommend!
Found this restaurant hrough a YouTuber who gave it glowing reviews, so we decided to give it a try while in Paris. We ordered the escargot, duck confit, onion soup, & for desserts, the crème brûlée & chocolate cake. The service was impeccable throughout the meal. Super attentive, warm, & welcoming. They had English menus & spoke to us in English. The staff were lovely, and they even gave us a complimentary hot tea & coffee on the house which was a nice touch. The food overall was very good. The duck confit was cooked really well, soft & tender, & even the potatoes were amazingly soft & comforting. The escargot was also surprisingly tender. The desserts were PHENOMENAL & honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The only downside for us was that most of the dishes leaned a little too salty for our taste. We came around 8.30pm with a reservation, though it didn’t seem strictly necessary. Also very thankful for the air-conditioning during the current heat wave in Paris. If we had more days here, we would definitely come back again.
It was a 10 out of 10 in all departments. The environment is warm and the food is delicious. We ordered classic entrees: the escargot and the onion soup which were already great and also came with the tastiest, most crunchy baguette ever. Then we had the boeuf bourguignon and mix grill that gave us the greatest impression of frech/ oriental cuisine. Finished of strong with a crème brulé. At last i should say our waiter Anis provided great service with a smile and such good energy.
