Our final night in Paris was at Alliance on June 26th. The entire dinner service was BEYOND(thank you Shawn Joyeux for helping when I did not have the words). The service started with Chef Omiya graciously taking a picture with my wife and I. Wine pairings were on point and accompanied each course perfectly. The gnocchi/caviar and pigeon were highlights. The food, preparation, service and personality worked so well together. The night ended with a personal touch from Chef Omiya and Shawn Joyeux meeting us outside so we could give our appreciation. Every bite, taste, experience and interaction made us feel as if we were the most important people in the room. Merci Beaucoup to the entire Alliance team!

The food were designed, prepared, crafted, cooked and assembled to perfection. Every bite, a joy. Every dish, well thought of and beautifully balanced. The service and front of house are amazing, the restaurant is truly run by a team from inside out, the tentative service really allowed diners to see the whole picture, to see and experience the journey of Alliance.

We had a really disappointing meal at jules verne. Then a quite poor one at la vague d’or in st tropez. So we were quite worried that the french had forgotten how to serve a good meal. Alliance single-handedly redeemed France for us. Incredible vegetable preparations, which we love. Turbot that put three star places to shame. Pigeon finally cooked like it is supposed to be. Exceptional wine matches and great service. This 8 table restaurant is the real deal. It is also way less expensive than the other places we went to while offering up a much better meal. Just fantastic overall and by far best meal of our trip. Just sad we could not try the cheese cart.

This restaurant was Awesome. We had the four course lunch and left very full. Service was top notch. Lots of extra food beyond the courses. Flavor's were really good. Really enjoyed the atmosphere being a small space and that we could see into the kitchen through the glass.

We had the 3 courses lunch (plenty of extra small dishes so we were quite full even with 3 courses). All 3 courses were very good. There were some hit and misses with the extras in between courses. I found some of them had too strong a vinaigrette taste. The petit fours before the dessert didnt look too refined. The fermented salad cream was very bitter and not to everyone's taste, I think it would have been better as a palate cleanser. I love the artichoke cream which was slightly charred and covering some pieces of artichoke, and the broccoli cream in a tube amuse bouche. The bread was a bit dried out near the crust, that was perhaps the most surprising as the quality of bread in Paris is usually exemplary. Not a huge issue as the dishes are mostly quite delicate so I dont need the bread much. The service was good but perhaps because we dont speak French I found some of the explanations not super informative, I expected a little more "story telling" at a Michelin starred establishment. Overall a nice meal albeit not perfect.
